Across the country this morning, hundreds of thousands of
families will open the refrigerator door and pull out a bottle of fresh cow’s
milk. And they add the cool, nutritious liquid to their morning coffee or
breakfast cereal. Visit any super market or corner grocery store and there they
are – bottles of fresh milk in all their frigid splendor. Enough for all of us
and at a price affordable to the most modest budget. About two thirds of the
milk is used for other dairy products
such as yogurts and cheese. The rest is sent for a bottling. The Almarai
company also produces all its own bottles.
